We have multiple AD domains and I would like to map the users domain to Zscalers Department.

We are using SAML for this, has anyone done this?

Hi Thomas, we have it setup. Specifically I was trying to map the user domain to the Zscaler department so I can use the department in zscaler. I figured out how to map it with help form one of your techs. But it's not showing up in Zscaler yet
I ahve a call into Zscaler to troubleshoot. But if you have any ideas on how/where I can check on this it would be helpful
