How to export a list of users assigned to an application

I need to export a list of users assigned to an app. How can that be accomplished?

Larry,

Open a ticket and request they enable Early Access feature 'Current Assignments' Report... this provides Super Admin (not App admins) the ability to run these reports from the application's 'Assignments' tab.
