Self-Service Password Reset - Methods
We are a union shop at a lot of locations. A good bulk of our users do not have an email account or a company provded phone. Are there any other methods for self-service reset beside those two like security questions. 

 

We cant use email or sms due to legal corporate policy with union employees.

    Currently the SMS and Emal are the only factors for the Password Reset functions. However internally there are multiple requests for the specific question here. I believe in the future we will have Okta Verify as a Password Reset factor and there could be others added as well.

    Looking for a update. Would require DUO as a MFA option for this.

    Also hoping there is an update. Using the existing MFA factors is ideal to verify identity before resetting password.

    We can't use SMS/voice due to users being abroad AND not being considered secure

    I would also love a better solution here that made use of the OKTA Verify App, why has this not been added 2 years later?

    Same thing here, I cannot understand why other factors than SMS/Email/Call are not yet implemented. Especially the convenient Verify Push. Adding the Security Question would be good also .
