Weird Administrative Permissions Issue
We have 2 Help Desk users defined in OKTA that have Co-Admin rights in the application BOX.  The following is the order > WorkDAY > Active Directory Sync > OKTA > Application (BOX).  The rights are somehow being removed in Okta for the BOX permissions.  How can I stop that reversal of permissions?  "Deleted Admin Role - Downgraded from co-admin" is the message

    Hello Donna,

     

    Please take a look at the user groups and the permissions given by the groups. This could be conflicting between two groups, one giving the permission and the other removing it.

    If this one wont work out please open a support ticket with Okta Support to get a better view of the situation.
