Does Okta have an integration guide for Netskope?

We need to allow access to Netskope administrative console from Okta only.

What are the required steps to accomplish this configuration?

Hi Alex,

We do! You can find out here: https://www.okta.com/resources/find-your-apps/?keywords=Netskope. You can use that tool to find other apps that Okta integrates with. If you don't find the app you're looking for, you can always create it yourself via the App Wizard tool in the product (https://support.okta.com/help/articles/Knowledge_Article/Using-the-App-Integration-Wizard) and then submit it to Okta to be verified and used by other organizations.

How would I lock the access from Netskope side to allow only from Okta?

Oh my apologies, I misunderstood your original question. In order to require Netskope access through only Okta, you'll need to set up SAML. I believe our existing Okta Verified integration is SWA only. If SAML is important to you, you can contact our support team who may be able to help you use SAML with Netskope. Okta continually adds support for new SAML apps and, while I can't speak to Netskope specifically, we can often help with setting those up. Otherwise, you can set it up yourself with the App Wizard tool that I linked above. Setting up a SAML integration can be tricky, but hopefully the document above and Netskope's SSO settings are clear enough.
