Calculate and compare date value
We provision Okta accounts a couple of weeks prior to starting to allow access to the HR system etc, but some applications should not be enabled until a few days before users start. We use the pre-hire setting on the profile master to auto-provision the Okta account.Application assignment is controlled using Groups and needs to be delayed to startdate-5days.To perform this, I see the following requirements:
- Calculate field value for application provision date using appuser.startdate - 5days
- Run a comparison rule for group membership using user.appprovision<="Time.now(UTC)"
