Okta Provisioning Connector Tester and SCIM v2?
Per SCIM: Provisioning with Okta’s Lifecycle Management (https://developer.okta.com/standards/SCIM/#scim-based-provisioning-integration) "If you haven’t implemented SCIM, Okta recommends that you implement SCIM 2.0." However it seems that the Okta Provisioning Connector Tester tool (described here (https://support.okta.com/help/Documentation/Knowledge_Article/80731786-Testing-Your-SCIM-Server-or-SCIM-Connector)) only supports SCIM 1.1 out of the box. I'm not seeing any options to enable version 2. Are there plans to enhance the Okta Provisioning Connector Tester tool to support SCIM 2.0?

The recommended test methodology for SCIM is described in this section of the SCIM Provisioning with Lifecycle Management (https://developer.okta.com/standards/SCIM/#step-2-test-your-scim-server) article. To answer your question regarding the Okta Provisioning Connector Tester tool - I have not found any reference in our documentation, internal or customer facing, that it supports SCIM 2.0 specifically, nor have I found anything on our Roadmap regarding a new version of the tool. If you would like to get more information regarding the tool and suggest it be updated to support SCIM 2.0 then I recommend opening a case with our Dev Support Team by emailing developers@okta.com . Really should just be a standard capability although admittedly most applications supporting SCIM v2.0 are unlikely to be on-premise apps
