Okta Mobile fails to authenticate with NetSkope's mobile client.
Hardware: Apple iPhone 6 and 6S Running 10.3.2 (I'll be able to test on Android later in the week)

I'm trying to use NetSkope as a proxy to get more information from Box usage (and potentially other cloud apps).  However, when using the Okta Mobile iOS application, it fails to authenticate while the NetSkope client is running.  Due to the error I receive, "Unable to establish a secure connection to Okta.  No matching public key found." I thought it might be a certificate issue. I tried navigating to my Okta org with Safari and authenticating there.  It works fine through Safari regardless of the NetSkope client status.  Without the NetSkope client running, Okta Mobile works fine (except the lack of Box access due to the Okta sign-on rules requiring a NetSkope proxy IP).

I'll update with the test results for Android when I get the oppertunity to run my tests.  Assuming, of course, that my question remains unanswered until then.

Thank you for your time.

Looks like the solution was certificate related. One of the many certificates supplied to NetSkope was not in PEM format. Once that was rectified, the application functioned flawlessly with the NetSkope agent running.
