Can I remove the "Requaest an App" feature from the main page
I want to remove that link at teh bottom of the page beacuse noboy uses it correctly and we end up with no related requests when using that link. I want to remove/disable it from the mainpage, but do not see any options to do so.

  • Hi Brian, at this time there is no option to remove this link unless you implement your own custom end user UI.

     

    However, I am interested in better understanding how you'd expect the link to work and what your needs are around Application Access Requests.  We will be releasing new functionality in this area in the coming months.

    You can disable the entire footer, which will hide request an App but will also disable the Help Email.

     

    We are considering publishing a Help Web Page as a Bookmark App and let users request help that way, and then we may disable the footer.

    In most cases users use that field to requaest acces to an app, instead of useing our internal helpdesk. There would be zero reasons for an employee to request anythingh through those links, help, apps or access to an app should all go through our helpdesk. As it is now those requests go to an email address that submits a ticket, but ideally they should not be going there at all.
