Password Change issue with MFA on Android Devices
An odd issue has been brought to my attention. We use Gapps along with Active DIrectory here and when a user changes their Password, the receive a prompt to update it on their Mobile Device which is expected behavior. The follow the Prompts which has them authenticate in Okta with the new Password, then they have to Verify using MFA. The issue however is if they select Okta Verify, input the Code, the page just hangs and they get a spinning wheel. If they select another Verification Method such as SMS, it accepts the Code and finishes Password update. Anyone else experience this?
