SCIM Integration

I'm working on Okta integration for a web app. Currently each client company has their own isolated app instance (silo) which they access using their subdomain. With this in mind, Can I have a different SCIM server for each client company that's using Okta?

Information from the documentation states that I can use the same SCIM server and use the subdomain to identify the company. However, as I said, each client accesses a completely different silo. So I'd like to have a different SCIM server for each. Is this possible?

  • Yes. When setting up the application connector in Okta, it will prompt you for the URI of the SCIM Server. Each unique configuration can therefore have a unique subdomain. Just so you know, we have a new course called Automate Lifecycle Management with SCIM (https://www.okta.com/services/training/).
