Import Users from Our Application into OKTA using SCIM integration

Hello,

 

We are working on providing OKTA SCIM integration in our application.

 

We dont have the group concept in our application.

 

 Whenever we try to import users from our application into OKTA directory, using the Import Now button, there is a get request to our server, which retrieves all active users and returns to OKTA but somehow, none of the users get imported and all the manually assigned user also gets deactivated. 

 

Can you help us out on this case.

    We can definatly help you with this issue, but more details would be required.

    It would be best if you would open a support case by either emailing support@okta.com or by logging into your org as an admin and going to Help & Training -> Open a Case.

    One of our support engineers will investigate the issue and help you out.
