When I go to assign the Office 365 App to a particular user, both the Username and Immutable ID fields are blank. Under Tasks in Okta, I get the following message for the user:
App could not be assigned automatically.is an invalid value for userName field (code blank).
I filled out the Username field and selected the user before hitting "Retry Selected" but it fails with the same error message.
