How do we remove these notifications when we don't have the option as stated before. My email is filling up daily and it's affecting my daily work duties. Please advise how we opt out of these emails. Thank you.
Hi,
To expand upon what the Okta support posted and what Robert G. posted, the notifications per Role can be checked or unchecked by a Super Admin.
When Logged in as a Super Admin, Goto Admin -> Settings -> Account and on this page under the Admin Email Notifications Section, there is a drop-down menu for Notification Settings for: and this drop down lets you select different Okta administrator roles and change their notification preferences.

Super Admin is a role that is usually given to the Point of Contact when Okta sets up your tenant specific instance.
Whoever assigned your role in Okta as Helpdesk Role is most likely your Super Admin and should be able to make those adjustments to the email notifications for you.

I'm just an Okta Customer myself, I can only offer advice. Someone in your IT Organization is a Super Admin or is listed as the Point of Contact. Otherwise you might have to contact Okta directly to have them assist you.
Brandy,
Your best bet would be to contact support. They should be able to assist you with identifying a Super Admin for your organization.
