  3. I created dev okta account using my email. I activated the account and was able to login. But while playing around I disabled Authenticator which I had enabled for Okta Verify. Now I am unable to login using my email. It gives 401 Unauthorised. How do I get unblocked ?

      Hello @MunishpalM.54869 (Customer)​ Thank you for posting on our Community page!

       

      Since you removed the Authentication this is expected behaviour as MFA is required to be able to login into your org. However since you have an Integrator account we do not have access to provide assistance with this issue.

      You may, however, create a new free Trial/Integrator account. We encourage you to have a back-up admin incase you make changes to your main administrator.

       

      Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.

  5. Hello Team,

    I’m reaching out regarding an issue reported by the Console Admin for Red River Bank. The user [Redacted by Moderator] is not receiving the verification email that is triggered during a password reset process.

    Details:

    • The Console Admin initiated a password reset for [Redacted by Moderator]
    • System logs confirm that the verification email was successfully sent to this address.
    • The CSR has verified that the email address is correct in the OKTA Admin Portal profile.
    • The CSR has also confirmed with their IT department that the emails are not being blocked on their end.

    Ask:

    Please confirm if there are any blocks, suppressions, or delivery issues on our side preventing the verification email from being delivered to [Redacted by Moderator]

    Let me know if you need additional details or timestamps from the logs to assist with the review.

  6. I currently have a developer Okta account setup where I am the only admin. I am performing some testing however I recently accidentally removed the Okta Verify app on my phone. 

     

    When I try to log on, it appears that MFA is set because when I try to log in I do get prompted for either my password or Okta Verify code. And after I enter my password successfully and click Verify, it prompts me again to enter the code from the Okta Verify app which I don't have because I accidentally uninstalled the app from my phone. As I am the only user setup on my developer account and I can't perform the MFA on the account, is there a way to have support reset my admin account so that I can login again and resetup Okta Verify???


  7. Hello Team,

     

    I have 2 applications hosted in Okta. I want to redirect from First application(SAML) to Second application (OIDC) without login into the Okta dashboard. We have one link on first app which contains the link of second app.

     

    So my expectation is if I have authenticated in 1st app through Okta I want to login in 2nd app without adding the credentials again .I want to know is it possible in any way?

     

    Is there any way to make this scenario possible.
