Okta Access Gateway

  1. Hi,

    We used to have a dev environment (https://dev-<ID>.okta.com). However, when we try to log in it states that developerorg is disabled.

     

    Are there any ways of restoring the data or migrating the data to the new platform? I have tried to contact Auth0 Developer support, but that is not the correct department. And my admin account cannot be accessed because the old portal is not working anymore.

      Since February 2025, customers have been notified via an in-product notification banner in the developer org regarding this change event, which started in July.

       

      As mentioned in the developer blog Changes Are Coming to the Okta Developer Edition Organizations, orgs will need to be migrated to Integrator Free Plan.

       

      If the org has been deactivated as part of the change the following steps are available:

      1. If you already have a different paid account with us, please use it to log in to the Okta Help Center and open a ticket with the support team to discuss options.

      2. If you are an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with an app in the Okta Integration Network (OIN):

  2. I was able to log in to our Okta dashboard successfully using Okta Verify. However, I’m unable to access any of the applications from the dashboard — it’s showing an error message when I try to open them. I Have taken all actions mentioned in the help URL from that error and my system also has up to date all updates.

    I’ve attached:

    • A screenshot of the Okta dashboard home page
    • The error message screenshot that appears when attempting to access the apps

    Please assist in resolving this issue.

      The error message indicates that your device does not comply with the policies and rules established by your company.

      If you are an employee, contractor, patient, student, or client of a company, institution, or service provider that requires you to use Okta Verify, please contact the company's, institution's, or service provider's IT support or Help Desk team.

       

      While Okta provides the Product (Okta Verify app), your company, institution, or service provider handles individual account management (like MFA reset or password management) and access policies (such as recovery options or alternative factors).  

      Please contact your company's or service provider's  IT support or Help Desk so they can review your account information and provide further assistance.

  3. Hi,

    I am installing the OAG in OCI (Oracle cloud), and we are using the image for oracle OAG. after creating and starting the instance we are trying to login with default username (oag-mgmt) and password through ssh and OCI console but getting access denied error. Please help on this.

  6. I have installed OKTA verify app on my android mobile. if i open this app that time they ask enter SIGN-IN-URL . can you please let me know the sign-in-url.
