    Hi all, I need some help regarding the Okta Certified Professional/Administrator exam scheduling.

    I noticed that the available exam slots on Examity are only open until December 1st. After that, no new dates are showing up for booking.

    Does anyone know when new exam slots will be released?

    I am preparing for the Okta Professional/Admin certification and want to schedule my exam, but the current dates are limited.

    Any guidance or information would be greatly appreciated.

      Hi @MaddiS.16631 (Customer)​ Thank you for your message. The exam scheduling window for December will open on December 1. You will be able to schedule your December exam then.

    Curious to see if anyone has a PDF that contains everything that is here.

    I rather read a big pdf that contains everything I need. I understand it wont have anything recent but the goal is to read, understand and get the certification in 1-2 months

      Hello @JonathanG.08633 (Customer)​ , thank you for your interest in Okta Certification. We do not have a PDF version of the study guide because we make periodic updates to the content so the web page will always have the latest and greatest information.

    I need to retake my exam using the exam voucher and I need to take the exam on or before the 28th of February. 

    I need help scheduling my exam in Examity but the exam name is not showing under the “Program Name” and also in the drop down under the “Exam Name”. This has not enabled me to schedule my exam and time is running out. Can you help with this issue.

     

    I called Examity and I was told to contact Okta Certification. I sent a mail to certification@okta.com but I am yet to get a response. Also tried to call Okta but nobody is picking.
