All Okta certification exams, maintenance exams, and premier practice exams are now delivered through ProctorU platform, providing a streamlined and secure testing experience for candidates worldwide.

What You Need to Know Before Your Exam

To ensure a smooth testing experience, please note the following requirement:

All ProctorU exams must be taken using the Guardian Browser.

The Guardian Browser is a secure, purpose-built browser available for both Mac and Windows. You’ll need to download and install it on your computer before your scheduled exam.

Pro tip: Test your setup at least 48 hours before your exam using the same device and network you plan to use on test day.

Before scheduling your exam, make sure your system meets these minimum requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • macOS 11.0 or later
• Permissions:
  • Ability to download software

  • Minimum 3 Mbps upload and download speed
• Power:
  • Device must be connected to a power source during the exam
