Kristi here from the Knowledge Management team! The Okta Support playlist continues to grow, with over 90+ support videos covering a variety of topics. This month, I want to highlight an important topic that is top of mind for our customers. 


Have you ever received the “Multi Factor Authentication Failed” error message? The error message most often appears after the initial installation of the Okta MFA Credential Provider for Windows when attempting to log in through RDP. 


There is a simple process to resolve this issue by first identifying the cause of the log in failure.
