We are thrilled that we had our first Community Ask Me Anything, an online event packed with intriguing questions, insights, and discussions about how our community member base is leveraging the Okta Community and all the self-service resources available.

  • The growing playlist of Knowledge how-to videos is a hit! The bite-size videos offering solutions to commonly asked questions are an important learning resource for our Community members. In addition, the Community blog posts published monthly by the Okta Knowledge team highlighting specific topics and what’s new make it easy to know what’s trending and why it’s important.
     
  • There is excitement and curiosity about how to earn points and collect badges for active participation in the Okta Community. Seeing the passion our Community members exude to lead the way by lending tips, knowledge, and best practices to our growing online community is inspiring.
     
  • We love and value the feature requests and new ideas we receive from our customers. We couldn’t continue to build great products and solutions without the support of our loyal customer base.
  • Our upgraded Product Hub Pages is a popular destination for finding valuable self-guided resources and new product updates. Direct access to our knowledgeable product experts plays an important role in the journey and success of our customers and community members.

What’s Next?

 

We are hosting our first online AMA in the Auth0 by Okta Developer Community on July 26, 2023—details to follow. 

 

We’re also excited to host our next online AMA in the Workforce Identity Cloud Community on August 24, 2023. Product Experts from the Okta Identity Engine (OIE) team will answer all your burning questions about our new self-service tool that automatically upgrades users from Classic to OIE. Stay tuned for more!
