As part of Okta’s commitment to helping you be more secure and improving your security posture, we are adding an additional security layer to your login and/or registration experience on the Okta Help Center (support.okta.com). 

 

What is changing?

Starting on March 15, 2024 we will require Multi-factor authentication (MFA) as an extra step when logging in/registering to the Okta Help Center. Learn more about this upcoming change and actions we recommend you take here.

About Multi-factor Authentication

As a reminder, MFA adds an extra layer of security on top of credentials such as usernames and passwords. Adding this extra layer helps minimize the risk of account takeover attacks, compromised personal data, etc.
