NEW! Customized reports on your Customer Success Hub

In the fall we launched our new Customer Success Hub within the Okta Online Help Center and are thrilled to announce some new enhancements to make your experience even better. We’ve now added the ability for admins to access the reports their Customer Success Manager has created for them including QBRs, Adoption Reviews and more. This will create a centralized repository of formal Okta activities for administrators to easily access, share with broader teams, and keep record shared content as your organization grows with Okta. Reports will be available within the “My personalized reports” section of the Customer Success Hub. 

As a reminder, the Okta Success Hub allows Okta admins to access self-serve, personalized insights in one place that help them get the most out of Okta. It anticipates customer needs and makes onboarding and adopting additional features seamless. 

What the Customer Success Hub offers Okta Admins today: 
  • Personalized video and reports that highlight their organization’s unique next steps and value they’ve received out of Okta 
  • Tailored content to guide customers based on where they are in their Okta journey
  • Key account contacts
  • Important resources including Okta product webinars, hubs, forums, release information, and more!
Be sure to contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like your reports to be accessible through the Customer Success Hub and they can make these reports available to you.  Don’t have a CSM? Speak with our team about securing your resource.
