Kristi here from the Knowledge Management team! The Okta Support playlist continues to grow with over 70+ support videos covering a variety of topics. This month, I want to highlight an important topic that is top of mind for our customers.


Have you ever had a user not receive a password reset?  Or a new user account was created, but they never received the account activation email?  The user’s email address may be on Okta’s bounce list. This can be caused if the receiving email server rejects an email from Okta.  There is a simple process to resolve this issue by first identifying the email bounce and clearing it.
