Workforce Identity Cloud: Roadmap & Feature Releases
Johnathan Campos

Managing access to various systems and applications can be daunting in today's fast-paced business world. With the Workforce Identity Cloud solution, Okta aims to provide an identity and access management solution that helps organizations improve security and efficiency. This is why Johnathan Campos, Senior Product Manager, and the team are excited to showcase the latest product and feature updates for the Workforce Identity Cloud solution.

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager of Okta’s Federal business, LaRel is most excited to share the team’s journey to achieving both DoD Impact Level 4 (IL4) conditional Provisional Authorization and Federal Risk and Authorization Modernization Act (FedRAMP) High Authorization to Operate (ATO). Both authorizations follow our FedRAMP Moderate ATO; an important step in our ongoing commitment to the Federal Government. LaRel will also highlight Okta’s secure pathway between Login.gov and a modern digital experience.

We are also excited to share more about our new Identity Management capabilities covering the following:

Multilevel Access Certifications: Certification campaigns at multiple levels make managing access for large organizations easier.

Entitlement Management: Control user access to specific resources, removing the concern of whether users have access longer than should.

For our Access Management, we are happy to announce updates on:

Multiple Identifiers: This feature enables users to sign in using various identifiers, such as email or phone number, providing greater flexibility and convenience.

FastPass and Phishing-resistance Authentication Policies: Allow users to sign in using distinct factors, including biometric authentication, to account for the high assurance sensitive applications require without over-complicating access to less sensitive resources. When phishing resistance is enforced, administrators can meet Okta Authenticator Assurance Level 3 (High).

Desktop Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-on (SSO) Capabilities: The Desktop MFA and SSO capabilities enable organizations to enforce MFA and SSO policies on desktops, providing greater security and convenience for end-users.

That’s not all! We are also excited to announce more features coming to the Okta Platform. The latest product and feature updates provide greater flexibility, security, and convenience for organizations looking to improve their identity and access management solutions.
