    It must be very useful. I think it can be used by non-technical persons like managers.

     

    But I haven't understood the logic well between the cards. People need to be trained to understand the logic of the design. For example, how do you calculate the Time Window for inactive users? Start date set as today and back to one month? The operations are quite simple because you don't need to write one single line of code, but the logic need to be explained and understand like the Time Window, which I am still confused and need to look carefully again into the whole workflow to try to understand it .
