Here’s how to configure "Okta Verify" on a new mobile device

If you have the old device, the easiest way to configure the application is by using Bluetooth (both on iOS and Android). 

If you don’t have access to the old device, it all depends on the alternative options set for log in. 

In essence, for security reasons Okta Verify can only be bound to one device at a time and can only be re-enrolled through self-service once you are signed in or with the help of your company's IT Support who handles your account. 

You'll need to use an alternative option to sign into your Okta account and enroll the device, like Security question, Yubikey, etc. 

If you do not have an alternative option, please reach out to the company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can help you enroll a new device and provide further assistance.
