When a new user is added to the ZenQMS application in Okta and tries to access the application tile from the Okta dashboard, the following error is seen:
The Identity provider was not found.
Okta system logs show that the user successfully signed in to the application:
Test User (User) User single sign-on to app SUCCESS ZenQMS (AppInstance) Test User (AppUser)
For the ZenQMS app integration in Okta, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled. Provisioning is not supported.

This error is returned by the ZenQMS application because the username email address on the ZenQMS side does not match the username (that is, the email address) set in the ZenQMS application user profile in Okta.
- Correct the user email address on the ZenQMS side, the same as the username (that is the email address) set in the ZenQMS application user profile in Okta.
- Test with the user by opening an incognito window in the browser and trying to access the ZenQMS application tile from the Okta dashboard.
