The error is related to the special characters, including emojis, mathematical symbols, and/or foreign characters present in the groups and/or usernames being imported from the Workplace.

Verify that all the users and/or groups trying to be imported from Workplace do not have special characters, including emojis, mathematical symbols, and/or foreign characters, in their names.

Once the groups and/or username was corrected (i.e., remove any unsupported characters), attempt the import again.
