The Okta Administrator Dashboard page is the first page Admins see upon login. This page provides Admins with a summary of key Okta and app usage and activity, and highlights any issues or outstanding work. The sidebar offers shortcuts to the most commonly performed tasks.
The following information is shown on the main Dashboard page:
- Status – This is the notification inbox that lists tasks to be completed and past actions. This section includes search fields for individuals and applications.
- Usage – Displays usage and app statistics for the organization. Expand this section to view Apps with Most Sign-Ins and Users with Most Okta Sign-Ins.
- Recent Administrative Activity – Displays select events from the system log (for example, app configuration or assignment information). Click on the system log shortcut to view everything in the system log.
- Shortcuts – Links to frequently used tasks.
- Reports – Links to each of the reports.
NOTE: For best results, it is recommended to configure the display with a resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher.
