Overview
Using the personId attribute when assignments for the ADP application are set to Group.

Solution
When the ADP app is assigned to a group, it prompts the Okta admin to set the personId attribute value. This should be left blank unless the group is for a specific account login (for example, Service or Admin Acct for ADP).
If left blank, the attribute value will be set to what is defined in the user profile.
