Okta Advanced Server Access Users Do Not Appear in a Project and Adding a Group Fails With an Unexpected Error
Last Updated:
Overview
New users added to a group do not appear in an Okta Advanced Server Access (ASA) project, and adding a new group to the project fails with an unexpected error because of a rare backend condition. Administrators must contact Okta Support to resolve this issue. Specifically, the new users do not appear in the Users tab of the project despite being part of an assigned group. When an administrator attempts to add a new group to the same project, the operation fails, and Okta generates the following error message.
