- If a user's First Day Of Work is still in the future or not set, then the user will not get imported from Workday into Okta when an Admin performs the import on the Workday app.
- If the date for the First Day Of Work was not entered in a proper format. In the US, the format of the date is MM/DD/YYYY. But in some countries, the format of the date is DD/MM/YYYY.
- Check whether the user's First Day Of Work has started or not.
- Check the date entered for the First Day Of Work and verify if the format of the date is actually matching with the location the user is in.
For example, if the user had a hire date of 1/1/2023, and the first day of work as 1/7/2023; but uses another date format, DD/MM/YYY instead of MM/DD/YYY, the date 1/7/2023 will reflect as July 1st not January 7th and this caused the user to not be imported as an active user.
The First Day Of Work is not a visible field in the Workday user profile. It only shows on the hiring event.
