The Okta Support Center is undergoing maintenance the next two weekends (November 7-8, and November 15). This article describes the impacts and what you need to know about these changes.

Weekend of November 7th
Okta Support Center maintenance is planned November 7th from 3pm PST through the weekend.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- You may experience a temporary service disruption during that time, but you should otherwise be able to access the Support Center and submit/update cases.
- No other action is required from you today.
Weekend of November 15th
The Okta Support Center will be undergoing maintenance on November 15th from 6am-9am PST.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- During this time, Admins will be unable to create support cases within the Okta Support Center.
- For urgent issues during this maintenance window only, an emergency number will be found at the Okta Support Center (support.okta.com).
- It is strongly encouraged that Admins do not make any changes to your Okta Orgs during this migration period, to avoid any temporary data discrepancies.
