Overview
If the Restriction option, as described in the documentation, is not available in the Okta user profile, this article provides guidance on how to make the option available.

Cause
Certain features are not enabled for the tenant.
Solution
If the Restriction option is not available in the Okta user profile, the Unique properties flag or Universal Directory SKU may not be enabled for the organization. Please contact the designated Account Manager for further details on enabling this feature/SKU for the organization.
