This error typically indicates there is a conflict with an existing resource in the Udemy instance Okta is pushing to.

Solution

Due to the minimal information provided in the error message from Udemy, we suggest opening a support case with Udemy Support, they will be able to troubleshoot what is causing the conflict for the affected group and/or delete that match in Udemy.
After the conflict is resolved in Udemy, go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Applications > Udemy Business > Push Groups, and attempt to push the group again.
