SWA Username Tile Does Not Allow End-Users to Modify the Username

Overview
End users are unable to change the Username used for a Secure Web Authentication application in their end-user dashboard.

Cause
Inside the Application, under the Sign On tab > Settings section, there is the following configuration with the Application username format set to Custom with an expression language:
Solution
Currently, this behavior is expected as the custom username expression language will supersede the permissions selected for the username.
