Supported Attributes for the Box Okta Integration Network Application

Overview
The Okta Integration Network (OIN) Box application only supports a fixed set of attributes that Okta imports during schema discovery, preventing the use of custom attributes. Resolve this limitation by using the Okta Workflows Box Connector and the Update User action card. Custom attributes in Okta, such as tracking_code, fail to map to attributes on the Box application.

Cause
Okta imports only a fixed set of attributes during schema discovery. During Box application configuration, Okta displays this fixed set of attributes in the Profile Editor for Box.

What is the process to update custom attributes in the Box application?
Okta does not support attributes outside of the fixed set that Okta imports during schema discovery. Implement the Okta Workflows Box Connector and the Update User action card to bypass this limitation. Review the Update User documentation for configuration details on the supported attributes.
