This article describes the session lifetime behavior for the Access Requests Console.
- Access Requests
- Okta Identity Engine (OIE)
- Identity Governance
The Access Requests Console adheres to specific session lifetime configurations:
- The session lifetime lasts for a fixed duration of one hour.
- Continuous Access Evaluation (CAE) ensures tokens maintain a shorter duration and refresh every five minutes.
- The token refresh process remains transparent to the user until the one-hour limit triggers, at which point the user must re-authenticate.
- Universal Logout revokes the session once the Okta session expires.
