Performing an import from ServiceNow UD results in an error message similar to the following:

If a ServiceNow app instance has users assigned to a new cost center, company, or department that have not been imported into Okta previously, the import fails with this error message. Okta will not be aware of the change until the ServiceNow integration data has been refreshed.
- In the Okta Admin Console, click on the Applications tab and click the affected ServiceNow UD application.
- Click on the Provisioning tab.
- Click the Integration option from the left pane.
- Click Edit, then click Test API Credentials.
- A message should appear confirming successful authentication. Click Save.
- Retry the import.
