Overview
ServiceNow Push Groups fails with error:
Duplicate memberships. Could not get valid group members from ServiceNow.
System log eventType eq application.provision.group_push.mapping.update.or.delete.failed.with.error will show:
Changes to the Group push mapping for the group <Group name> could not take effect due to error: Error while updating user group <Group name>: Received <number> duplicate memberships. Could not get valid group members from ServiceNow FAILURE:

Cause
This issue is with ServiceNow where the SNOW API is either not returning a full group membership or returns duplicates.
