Terminate the Okta Verify process and delete the local application data to reset the application.

1. Open Task Manager.
2. Locate and select the Okta Verify process.
3. Select End task.
4. Open File Explorer and navigate to %localappdata%\Okta\OktaVerify.
5. Delete all files and folders within the OktaVerify directory.
6. Open the Okta Verify application to confirm the account is removed.
