On the inline hook page, a chart displays the number of successful and failed attempts of the active inline hooks. This information helps evaluate the hook's efficiency and identify any anomalies in its operation. The goal of this knowledge article is to present why this information may appear to be inaccurate.

Cause
When a new inline hook is established, the corresponding performance data does not show up instantly after successful or failed executions. This delay might lead Okta administrators to mistakenly think that their inline hooks are malfunctioning.
Solution
The data reflecting hook metrics is not updated in real-time; it undergoes a refresh every 24 hours.
