Overview
The goal of this knowledge article is to explain the following warning that may be received when modifying email template code:
Your edits to this email template have removed the branding variables set for your brand, which means it will be out of sync with your current branding settings.

Solution
This warning has been added to help our customers maintain consistent branding throughout the emails sent to their end-users. If one chooses that one of the email templates should no longer contain the usual branding variables used by the other templates, this warning message appears when clicking Save.
