When setting up an Org2Org Configuration using the OIN app, this error may occur when provisioning a user to the App:
Automatic provisioning of user <User Name> to app Okta Org2Org failed: Error while verifying if <username> exists: MessageBodyReader not found for media type=text/html;charset=utf-8, type=interface java.util.List, genericType=java.util.List<com.saasure.application.okta_org2org.client.object.OktaOrg2OrgUser>."

This issue is due to using the incorrect Base URL in the General Settings tab for the Org2Org OIN app.
- Navigate to the Org2Org application settings.
- Click the General tab.
- Click the Edit button to correct the Base URL.
- The Base URL should only have the first part of the URL: https://example.okta.com or https://example.oktrapreview.okta.com.
- Clear out the Task Error (Dashboard > Tasks > Retry Selected) or remove the user from the application under Assignments and re-add the user.
