The On-premises provisioning (OPP) Agent with System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) 2.0 support feature has been enabled within the Okta org. However, when communicating with the on-premises application connector, SCIM 1.1 is still utilized.

After the Early Access feature OPP Agent with SCIM 2.0 support is enabled from Settings > Features, additional configuration is required in the application configuration.

If the Okta app SCIM connector base URL SCIM version is not properly specified, then SCIM 1.1 is used by default. This enables a mix of existing SCIM 1.1 and SCIM 2.0 integrations in the same Okta org.

Verify the requirements for the provisioning application:

• When using Okta Provisioning Agent version 2.1.0 or later, specify the SCIM version that the associated SCIM server uses in the SCIM connector base URL field found in the Okta app under Provisioning > Integration.
• Include /v2/ in the SCIM connector base URL. It is critical that the base URL ends with a trailing slash /. For example:

  https://servername.domain.com:8081/scim/v2/
