Some users may experience issues with the drag-and-drop functionality in Okta Workflows when using the Google Chrome browser. This can prevent users from moving cards, mapping input fields, or reordering steps in a flow.

Reports from a recent support case indicate that the Prisma Browser Extension (by Palo Alto Networks) interferes with the browser's drag-and-drop functionality in the Workflows Console.
When this extension is active, it intercepts the events required for these interactive elements to function correctly.
To resolve this issue, please follow these recommendations:
- Contact the Internal IT/Security Team: Check with the team responsible for managing the Prisma Browser Extension to see if a bypass or allow list can be configured for Okta Workflows URLs.
- Disable the Extension: If a bypass is not possible and you must use Google Chrome, temporarily disable the Prisma Browser Extension while working in the Okta Workflows console.
- Use an Alternative Browser: Use a different supported browser where the Prisma extension is not installed or active.
