Overview
External Google members are not visible/added in the OKTA system after an import is run from Google Workspace

Cause
External Google members are not part of the environment where the Google integration is done.
Solution
This is a limitation of the connection between the Google tenant and OKTA. OKTA sees the users that are members of the Google environment configured under the General tab of the integration.
