Overview
When attempting to create a new Network Zone in Okta, an API validation error prevents the zone from being created. A missing feature flag on the Okta tenant causes this issue. Contact Okta Support to enable the required feature flag to resolve the error.
API validation failed: No more than 2 zones can be created.

A missing feature flag on the Okta tenant prevents the creation of more than two Network Zones.
Solution
What resolves the API validation failed error?
Contact Okta Support to request the enablement of the required feature flag to allow the creation of additional Network Zones.
- Open a case with Okta Support.
- Request Okta Support to enable the feature flag for creating additional Network Zones on the account.
