Overview
Okta Device Trust management attestation configuration fails when the environment lacks the required licensing for the feature. Contacting the Okta account executive or sales team to update the licensing resolves the issue. When administrators attempt to configure management attestation for desktop devices with the Use Okta as the certificate authority and Dynamic SCEP URL (Generic) options enabled, Okta fails to produce a URL or secret key and displays the following error message:
