There are several reasons users see a blank sign-in page. Below are some examples:

To troubleshoot this issue:
- Review the Sign-In Widget Fundamentals section of the development guide when embedding authentication in code.
- Ensure that no communication or firewall issues exist between the browser, the local machine, and Okta by reviewing IP Address Allow Listing and Okta Verify Fails to Prompt for Authentication on Corporate Networks.
- Verify that no time skew exists between the machine hosting the embedded code and the Okta Amazon Web Services (AWS) server.
